WOW. You can't be that stupid. You heard one error. I heard everyone agree there was more than 5 errors, AND the entire Fiscal Note was in ERROR, and therefore violated the State Law. The four members of the Council that voted against contract, and apparently the only council members listenting, should file a complaint with the Attorney General's office that because Fiscal Note is illegal the contract is null and void until all errors corrected. If AG does nothing, they should then file a lawsuit to find it was all illegal, and make Solomon have to fix errors and resubmitt TA to Council again for approval.
