Being a tax payer in Warwick , if I call 911 and get transported I do not receive a bill for the rescue transporting me., but if we were to privatize the rescue we now get a bill and if you do not pay they can send it to collections...sounds far for our lower income families right! Also I believe the rescues billing money goes back to the city’s general fund..2-3 million that would be lost
