Report Inappropriate Comments

funny it says license OR registration OR ID with proof of residency. I sweat my butt off waiting in line yesterday watching everyone get their passes only to be denied because I "only had my license" and no registration with me and I wasn't in my vehicle so I couldn't go run out and get it. I'm a life long resident of 40 years in Oakland Beach. My license with my picture and address should've been good enough. Now I gotta go wait again hopefully I can get the time to do so before I miss out. Smh
