The following is a notice of public hearings to consider a proposed amendment, Ordinance No. 4-24-01, to the Zoning Ordinance and the Official Zoning Map to change the zoning for certain property located at 0 Sage Drive and known as Assessor’s Plat 35, Lot 2 (the “Property”) as zoned A-80. The subject property is depicted on the enclosed map.
Pursuant to R.I.G.L. 45-24 et seq and Cranston Municipal Code 17.120 et seq, the applicant, John Casale, is requesting a change of zone for Assessor’s Plat 35, Lot 2 (the “Property”) from A-80 to A-20. The application states that the property is to be used for “Single Family Residences”.

Upon the Ordinance Committee’s recommendation for approval, a public hearing will also be included as part of the next regular monthly meeting agenda of the full Cranston City Council.

All interested parties will be given an opportunity to speak on the proposed amendments during the public hearings. The proposed amendments may be altered or amended prior to the close of the public hearing without further advertising, as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the public hearing, provided that any such alteration or amendment must be presented for comment in the course of the public hearing.
