What if the news media in the 1700s was like that of 2020?
Media H: “Friendly protesters throw tea into Boston Harbor.”
Media G: “American patriots with a rallying cry of ‘No Taxation without Representation.’”
Media J: “One if by land, two if by sea.”
Media G: “The British are coming, the British are coming.”
Media O and L: “Live footage of George Washington and his men crossing the Delaware River.”
Media H: “We are here, live, watching rockets red glare and bombs bursting in air.”
Media J: “A group of old while men, to form a more perfect union, a Republic, rally together to construct some kind of constitutional form of government.” Really? Really!
Media F: “Tonight, 5 p.m., live interview with Paul Revere.”
