Pursuant to R.I. Dry Dock Facilities Act, SHM Greenwich Bay, LLC d/b/a Safe Harbor Greenwich Bay asserts liens on the following vessels, which will each be sold to the highest bidder at public sale on October 19, 2023, at the times listed below at 252 Second Point Rd, Warwick, RI 02889 (“Main Yard”) or 125 Wharf Rd, Warwick, RI 02889 (“East Yard”), and reserving right to credit-bid and/or bid at sale:

2000 30' Chaparral m/v LYNN ANN TOO (aka BOAT OF US) with HIN FGBB0452L900 and last known owner Dwayne Reith and/or David G. Flanagan at 10:30 AM (Main Yard), vessel lien: $2,853.81 plus collection costs;

1976 20' Shamrock m/v MAS SEA with HIN SHA102890476 and last known owner Mike Masse at 10:40 AM (Main Yard), vessel lien: $3,121.14 plus collection costs;

Each vessel sold where-is/as-is with all faults and without any express or implied warranties of any kind.
