The Warwick Center for the Arts invites members of the community to enjoy its 34th Annual Rhode Island Open, juried by Michael Rose.

This fabulous exhibit features over 60 pieces of original artwork by Rhode Island-based artists. With work on the walls, hung from the ceiling, and balanced on pedestals, this show immerses the viewer in a visual cascade of art. It does not disappoint!

This exhibit is open to the public during regular gallery hours, Wednesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It runs through Nov. 28.

Show winners include: First-Place Excellence, “Dancing With Banana Leaves” by Karen Harris; Second-Place Excellence, “Passage to Liberty” by Beverly Silva; Third-Place Excellence, “Casey Farm RI (c 1750): Angles, Light, Shadow, Texture” by Deborah Alavosius; and Honorable Mentions, “Martyr Triptych” by Robert Easton, “RESIDUUM” by Claudia Flynn, “Hope St. Wisteria” by Ann-Marie Gillett, and “Cherry Blossoms” by Michael Pekala.
