    The Petitioner(s) has filed a petition in equity in the Superior Court representing that the Respondent(s) is indebted to the Petitioner(s) in the sum of $36,168.65, including interest according to the amount filed with the petition, for materials furnished, and work and labor performed in the construction, erection, and reparation of a certain building belonging to the Respondent(s) situated in the city of  Warwick upon the lot(s) of land owned by the Respondent(s) in fee simple, bounded and described as follows:

    All that certain lot or parcel of land, with all buildings and improvements thereon, situated on the northwesterly side of Warwick Neck Avenue in the City of Warwick County of Kent, State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning at the intersection of the northeasterly line of Warwick Neck Avenue with the southeasterly line of Samuel Gorton Avenue; thence running northeasterly, bounding northwesterly on Samuel Gorton Avenue, 110 feet to land now or formerly of Adeline L. Sassi, et al; thence turning and running southeasterly, bounding northeasterly on said last named land, 100 feet to a corner; thence turning and running southwesterly, bounded southeasterly on said last named land, 58.07 feet to the northwesterly line of Warwick Neck Avenue; thence running northwesterly bounding southwesterly on said Warwick Neck Avenue, 112.7 feet to the point and place of beginning.

    The Petitioner(s) claim a lien for the sum above, with interest and costs, and request that said lien be enforced against the land and building listed above, and against the right, title, and interest that the Respondent(s) as the owner thereof, had in and to the same at the time said Petitioner’s lien accrued thereon, and attached thereto, and that the same may be sold to satisfy said claim of the Petitioner(s), and all accounts and demands for which the same is pledged and liable by Title 34, Chapter 28 of the General Laws of 1956 and any amendments thereto.

    Notice is hereby given to all persons having a lien by virtue of said Title and Chapter of the General Laws and the amendments thereto, a mortgage or an attachment, or any other claim on all or any part of said property, respond if they shall see fit, before the Superior Court at 222 Quaker Lane, Warwick, within the County of Kent, on the 8th day of November, 2023 and make out their demands against the same.
