When no charges are filed against an officer, the details are not posted publicly...you'll have to get up from behind your keyboard, wipe off the peanut shells, shower & shave, put on some clean clothes and drive down to WPD Headquarters and request the details.
While your finding out about Boardman's case, you should ask about the details of Officer Paine's investigation, and perhaps tell him and Officer Matt Moretti to their faces what you think of them, also.
You may have to go all the way to a State Police barracks to find out about Ofcr. Paine's investigation, but it'll give you an opportunity to tell our Troopers what you think of them, too.
