So, although an outside agency was immediately brought in to investigate the fatality and other officers have been investigated and/or officially reprimanded internally, it will never be enough to satisfy you. Since you're in the minority, I believe the solution is that you move somewhere else.

I realize now that no amount of investigation or exoneration will shake your feeble, fevered mind from believing that law enforcement is always at fault, therefore your opinion regarding police behavior is irrelevant. So sorry you had to take down the gallows in your front yard, but I'm sure it's stored in the garage until another unfortunate event involving our fine department triggers you.

As for being "afraid", I'm also sure they'll never see your face in a station unless you're brought in for being irrational and combative whenever law enforcement has to deal with you.
